A glow and expanse to gaze at is sure becoming a rare sight to behold. Have you ever made yourself take in the distance, knowing it is just what your eyes needed to feel rested? it sounds contrary to closing your eyes for “rest” but sometimes to look over a great expanse - a great distance past buildings and tree tops is MORE restful. And don’t get me started on the benefits of sunrise and sunset … I’ll leave that for another day.
